Payments: Prior to contract, non-refundable $500 deposit is required. All remaining fees to be paid in thirds.
One third with contract (within 1 month of deposit), one third three months prior to affair date, final third, 1 month before event.
Exact payment dates are shown on the front of the contract, under Payment Schedule, and must be strictly adhered to.
We reserve the right to rebook a date if a scheduled payment is not made, refund policy as below.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
No refunds of deposit; 3 months+ notice - 25% refund of all payments excluding deposit;
less than 3 months notice - no refunds.
Contract covers 7 hours of service, unless otherwise specified, (see specific times on front of contract).
Additional to be billed at $250/hr. Contract covers 1 location, unless otherwise specified.
Additional locations, must be agreed to by Sattler Studios, and will be billed at $100/location.
At their discretion, Sattler Studios photographs with a creative blending of technology,
utilizing digital and/or film based formats as appropriate.
Any additional film required over 240 images, will be billed at $45/roll of (24) frames.
ALL PRICING IN THIS CONTRACT IS GUARANTEED FOR UP TO 10 WEEKS AFTER WEB IMAGE POSTING.
IF PACKAGE SELECTION/ORDER IS NOT PLACED WITHIN 10 WEEKS AFTER WEB POSTING,
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PASS ON ANY PRICE INCREASE, AS WELL AS A $50 LATE FEE,
PAYABLE PRIOR TO ORDER PLACEMENT. OTHERWISE, PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
IF PACKAGE IS NOT SELECTED/ORDERED WITHIN 1 YEAR OF WEB POSTING,
PACKAGE AND/OR ANY REMAINING ELEMENTS OF PACKAGE, IS VOID.
Sattler Studios makes every effort to capture all images requested. Our main concern is to provide faithfully and beautifully rendered
photographs of your event. However, the Photo Agenda provided you is merely a guideline and, due to the dynamics of an event,
it is not always possible to get every photograph.
Please remember, like anything else of quality, artfully executed photography takes time. Please be sure to discuss this with us
and be prepared to allow adequate time for the quality and type of photos needed. If timetable agreed to is not met,
artistic expression and rendering could likely be compromised. Sattler Studios is not responsible for departure
from our usual elegant, artistic style if lateness occurs.
TABLE PHOTOGRAPHS WILL NOT BE TAKEN IF FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS/CENTER PIECES OBSTRUCT THE PHOTOGRAPH.
Specifically, if they are over 1 foot high.
SATTLER STUDIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF PHOTOS AND/OR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY INTERFERENCE
FROM OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS AND/OR VIDEOGRAPHERS, PROFESSIONAL OR AMATEUR.
We always do our job, and we expect the lab to do theirs. However, Sattler Studios is no responsible for problems
resulting from improper development or handling at the lab. In addition, Sattler Studios is not responsible for technologica
l mishaps that might occur. However, in the unlikely event of mishap, Sattler Studios would be responsible for the retaking
of formal wedding portraits only.
We are very careful to store our equipment out of harms way, (for the protection of all those present).
We are not responsible for injuries involving our equipment.
There will be a $25 handling fee for any checks returned by the bank.
NEGATIVES/DIGITAL IMAGE FILES, THEIR COPYRIGHT AND ALL REPRODUCTIONS,
ARE THE PROPERTY OF SATTLER STUDIOS. SATTLER STUDIOS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE NEGATIVES/DIGITAL
IMAGE FILES AND REPRODUCTIONS FOR DISPLAY, PUBLICATION OR OTHER PURPOSES. UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION
CONSTITUTES COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
