In electing to retain said services, we specifically know & agree: All the costs involved, including the payment schedule. Prices are Fair, Firm, and Non-negotiable. The enclosed $500 deposit, once received & cleared, holds the date for 1 month, and that the deposit is Non-refundable. Within 1 month of receipt of deposit, a package must be selected. Within 2 Weeks of Package Selection a Contract must be executed & all payments due, according to payment schedule, received.
