PREVIEWS
- YOU get to select the Previews YOU Want!!
- Web viewing allows YOU to select, from all the photos posted, exactly which previews you
want to see included in your Preview Album.
This process also affords friends and relatives the opportunity
to order reprints/enlargements directly from us either for
themselves or as gifts for the newlywed couple!! Password Entry will be
distributed at YOUR Discretion. (Sattler Studios cannot assume responsibility
for preview selection).
- It is IMPORTANT to understand that, when selecting the photos
you wish included in your Wedding Album, you are NOT LIMITED to only those
you have chosen for your Preview Album. You may order any image posted.
- ALSO IMPORTANT - We urge you to make your Preview Album Selections within
enough time to meet the 10 Week Album Production Deadline as outlined
in your Contract.
- Web Viewing of Photos is FREE for Three Months
(Important Note: To Keep Images on the Web After Three Months, a $25 per month Service
Fee will be charged (Up to 1 Year). After Three Months, if Preview Album is Not
Ordered and Service Fee is NOT Received,
Images will BE REMOVED FROM THE WEB WITHOUT NOTICE).
- Additional Previews, beyond the 240 included in All Packages,
cost $2.75 each if ordered at the SAME TIME.
- Separate Preview Orders will be Accepted - MINIMUM of 100 previews per
order - at a cost of $3.75 each. (No Preview Book Included).

OUR STYLE & PHILOSOPHY
- Simple. We photograph with both a candid and natural "formal" approach using
a creative blend of Traditional and Digital Formats as to best
capture the mood and dynamics of your event.
SPECIAL PROCESSES & OPTIONS
- Sepia Toning, Tinting, Canvas Mounting, Spraying, Laminating etc.
are available on a quote basis.
- We offer Full Service Digital Editing and Retouching, also available
on a quote basis.
DESIGN YOUR OWN PACKAGE
- If you do not see a package that suits your needs, we will be more than
happy to customize one based upon your specific requests, at no additional charge.
However, please note that the "Complimentary" items included in our
Pre-Designed Packages are not necessarily applicable.
CHANGE YOUR PACKAGE?
- We do not charge an additional fee for package changes. However,
Additions/Changes must not result in an order valued less then the
original package. (i.e. no refunds). Also, any Additions/Changes
will be billed at Full Price (Package Discount will not apply) & at the Prices
in effect at time of order.
PAYMENT POLICY
- All prices contained on this Website are PRE-TAX. All Prices subject to change without notice.
A $500 Non-refundable deposit, along with the Signed Pre-Contractual Agreement,
once received, will hold the date for 2 weeks.
- Package selection must be made within this 2 week period.
Remaining payments are then divided into thirds:
- 1st third due with signed contract
- 2nd third due 3 months prior to wedding date
- final third due 1 month prior to wedding date
- Images will be uploaded for web viewing and preview/order selection
within 3 weeks of wedding date. Any applicable additional billable costs
must be paid prior to Unlocking Password for website image viewing.
- All Packages must be selected/ordered within 10 weeks of Website Posting.
- All Packages have been calculated upon a "Package Discount Schedule".
Sattler Studios is not resposible for tyographical errors or omissions
on this website.
